About Me

Name: Charles McKenzie
Location: UNC-Chapel Hill, North Carolina, United States

I'm finishing up my Ph.D. at UNC-Chapel Hill. I started working as a reporter when I was 17, and I love the media as much now as I did then. My academic interests lie at the various intersections of American media with civil religion, collective memory and post-traumatic national healing. My volunteer interests involve scholastic media and international press issues.
